Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
