We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly by merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and potential issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Meet regulatory requirements for alcohol sales.
