Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining store appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the Aldi team to enhance the shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capability to follow cleaning standards, policies, and procedures.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task effectively.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
