Job Description
Join our team at Aldi as a Full Time Store Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with your team, you will ensure that our customers have a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Assist customers and communicate effectively with team members and management
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures
- Follow company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality
Physical Demands
Ability to stock merchandise, perform cleaning duties, and operate equipment. Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds and move around the store.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Effective customer service and cash register skills
- Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Education and Experience
High school diploma preferred, retail experience beneficial. Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
