Job Description
Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and be part of a dynamic team responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service, assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Give feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
- Follow company policies, maintain security of documents and data.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register efficiently.
- Safely handle equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
- Interpret and apply company policies.
- Have excellent communication skills and work well in a team.
