Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to achieve store goals.
- Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain a neat store appearance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient operation.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
