Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement is 18 years
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail experience is a plus
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
