Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store by merchandising products, processing customer purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties, including processing customer purchases and maintaining accurate transactions.
- Stock shelves and displays neatly, ensuring products are readily available to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and shopping needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy according to guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment such as floor scrubbers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
