Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Operate equipment efficiently and follow safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning tasks
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail experience is a plus
