Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and assist customers as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management on store operations.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to handle physical demands of the job.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
