Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining merchandise displays, and ensuring the store is organized and clean.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Operate a cash register efficiently while following cash policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Experience in retail environments is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
