Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide excellent customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain a neat store appearance.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment safely.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
