Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, organize merchandise displays, and provide top-notch customer service.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Assist in inventory management, comply with cash handling policies, and uphold company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service, operate a cash register, and use store equipment.
- Aptitude for following company policies, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Prior retail experience is a plus, with a preference for a high school diploma or equivalent.
