Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will ensure customers have a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Follow company policies, maintain store security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma preferred; prior retail experience is a plus.
