Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and ensuring the store meets ALDI's standards.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Follow cash handling policies and company procedures
- Adhere to security and confidentiality protocols
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
