Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is always well-organized, fully stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct store inventory counts, and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company policies and uphold security measures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
- Capable of general cleaning tasks as per company standards
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Prior retail experience preferred
