Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Stock shelves, maintain product displays, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Operate cash registers and follow cash handling procedures accurately.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Participate in inventory management and store maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work both independently and in a team setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
