Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming environment for our customers by stocking products, operating the cash register, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies and professional skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers in their shopping experience and collaborate with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory, and adhere to cash handling policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous service.
- Operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment safely.
- Work independently, follow company policies, and communicate effectively.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
- Combination of education and experience equivalent relevant knowledge.
