Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, assist customers with their shopping experience, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
- Perform physical demands such as stocking merchandise, lifting up to 45 pounds, and general cleaning.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register efficiently and operate store equipment.
- Interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.
- High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
