Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various duties including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers through exceptional service and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI ACTS competencies, and professional skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Ensure inventory accuracy by participating in inventory counts and monitoring stock levels.
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies to minimize losses.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register.
- Safely operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Follow company policies, stay organized, and pay attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
