Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
