Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment. This position offers a starting wage of $17.50 per hour for an average of 32-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain the store standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older and able to provide prompt and courteous service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and various equipment.
- Interpret and apply company policies with excellent communication skills.
- Work independently and within a team with attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience is a plus.
