Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's overall appearance. By working collaboratively with your team and providing exceptional customer service, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
- Communicate effectively with the team and management
- Monitor inventory and report issues to management
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
