Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills on a consistent basis.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or above.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
