We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, operating the cashier, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Position Details

• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback to management
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
