Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising products, and maintaining a clean store environment. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and cleaning equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
