Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of following company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
