Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities

- Handle customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory accuracy, and any general issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
- Capable of meeting physical demands such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
