Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, handling transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
- Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and performing various physical tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
