Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining product displays, assisting customers, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team.
- Offer feedback on inventory, product quality, and any issues to management.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of following company policies and procedures accurately.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
