Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with team members and management to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.
Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively, and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of interpreting and applying company policies.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
