We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing top-notch customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
- Follow company procedures and maintain store security
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Operate cash register and store equipment
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience is advantageous
