Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and report any issues
- Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company guidelines
- Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to work independently and within a team, while staying organized
- Prior retail experience is preferred
