Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and delivers exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI values and competencies in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support customer inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience equivalent to the job requirements.
