Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
