Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure shelves are neatly stocked.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
- Follow company policies, uphold security measures, and perform assigned duties.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or above.
- Ability to offer prompt, courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Safely handle equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Work independently and as part of a team, following instructions and multitasking effectively.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience will be considered.
