Job Description
As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team. With a starting wage of $17.00 per hour, this role requires working 32-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain clean store environment.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and improve store operations.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate cash register and store equipment.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
