Job Description
We are looking to hire a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you'll be responsible for various tasks, including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain clean store displays, and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company procedures, maintain security and confidentiality, and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and cash register operation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
