Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
- Assist in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies.
- Follow company policies, uphold security, and confidentiality standards.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
