Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Comply with company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capability to perform general cleaning tasks to company standards.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
