Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position averaging 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

• Stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, lift, push, pull, and walk around the store.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service, follow company policies, and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
