Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's smooth operation by handling merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness standards. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with a friendly approach and communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to contribute to store improvement.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in customer service, cash register operations, and equipment handling.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or within a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred with prior retail experience as a plus.
