Job Description
Join the ALDI team as a Full-Time Store Associate, where you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will merchandise and stock products, operate the cash register, and maintain a clean store environment.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Customer service and cash register operation experience
- Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
