Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly arrange merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and store issues.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures, ensuring minimal losses.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment safely.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
