Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, operating the cash register, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company policies and procedures ensuring security and confidentiality
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Efficient cash register operation
- Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
