Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members, and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
