Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall operations.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are orderly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash procedures.
- Follow company policies and maintain document confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Capable of delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Preferred: High School Diploma and retail experience.
