Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with your team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Assist customers with their shopping experience
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management
- Provide feedback on products and inventory
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
- Comply with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
- Capable of meeting physical demands of the role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
