Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure efficient operations and outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and assist in inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure data security.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
