Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
